This page covers acre-man.com while it’s a coming soon page. When we launch, our full Privacy Policy replaces it.
Who we are
Acre Man Insurance Services LLC is a licensed insurance agency, NPN 21668909. We’re an agency, not an insurer.
What we collect
- The email you give us.
- The state you pick, if you pick one.
- Where you came from: the campaign tag in the link (for example, utm_source) or the page that sent you.
- When you joined, and the consent line you saw.
- Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and time, which keep the site secure.
How we use it
To tell you when we open, in your state or at launch, and to keep the site running and secure. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that host this site, send our emails and check signups aren’t bots (Cloudflare, see below), to do that work for us, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies of its own and loads no ads, pixels or tracking scripts. To keep bots off the waitlist, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals like your IP address and browser only to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We count visits ourselves, without cookies. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We don’t track you across sites, so there’s nothing more to turn off.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email from us. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email privacy@acre-man.com. We reply within 10 business days.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and state until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. IP addresses from signups are deleted after 30 days. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
Children
This site isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we email you first.
